I am not sure if we can or should use past perfect and present perfect in the same sentence( A, B, D, E)
Even in C, we have the simple past and the present perfect...

I am leaning towards the past/present perfect combo...as the symptoms would be kwown to the patient for a while in the past...and between A and D, (B, C, E has an redundant if)

A..but a very bad bunch...wats the source?

A is the OA.

I picked B. I still haven't understood why B is wrong?
Is it that A is the correct subjunctive form and B is not.

I do not see any wrong with A.
A: it is inverted
B is not wrong but we do not have to revise the original while we have correct one.

Choose A
