Answer B - The correct answer choice must express the series of three items "conducting biopsies, diagnosing illnesses, and to administer medication" in parallel form. (B) is the only choice that does so.

(A) uses the non-parallel "diagnosing . . . and to administer."

(C) uses the non-parallel "conducting . . . diagnose."

(D) uses the non-parallel "conducting . . . and to diagnose."

(E) uses the non-parallel "conducting . . . and diagnosis of."
