C. 4 : 7
D. 15p : 36p
E. 53 : 40

salaries earned by Adam and Bart in 1st year are A and B respectively

Common difference between yearly salaries of Adam and Bart are x and y respectively

$$\frac{2A+(p-1)x}{2B+(p-1)y}= \frac{4p+1}{2p+17}$$

Put p=13

$$\frac{2A+12x}{2B+12y}= \frac{53}{43}$$

$$\frac{A+6x}{B+6y}=\frac{ 53}{43}$$
