The sum of ages of two twins - Max and Michael doubled in ten years. What will be their age after ten years from now?
A) 20
B) 30
C) 40
D) 25
E) 35

Let the present age of each twin be \(x\)
Then the sum of their ages will be \(x+x= 2x\)

After 10 years the sum of their ages will double hence \(2x+10=4x\)
hence \(x=5\)
So present age of each twin 5
After 10 years age of each twin \(5+10 =15 \)
After 10 years their age \(15+15 =30\)

Ans: B

P.S.Question could have been better framed to make more clear.

Hope it helps.
