What would be the correct usage of Past Perfect tense for the second answer choice? :roll:

This question should be reviewed. Underlined part seems false and missing the word "was", which also needs to be underlined.

I read on Kaplan books that when you put "greater than" you should put a number after "than". Why is the correct answer not respecting this rule?

I still have some doubts...
A ....a rate three times greater than it was
When we speak about countable nouns we have to use MORE, but in this case we use GREATER, could someone clarify about this situation?
