Its E for me..

B is wrong because of economical..

A & D because of being...

I would have selected B, but since it seems to be wrong,

I will choose E . "economic consideration" sounds better.

economical is incorrect. E has focus on finite -> E

I too agree that economical consideration is incorrect, but don't know the exact reason

both economic and economical are adjectives. it will be great if you have any explanation..

OA is E.
(economical means "cheap" hence "economic consideration" is correct as noted by alpha_plus_gamma )

However, I couldn't understand why D is wrong?

Is it because of the word "being"?

in the above statemetn is economical= cheap??????
