The table below gives information on the total number of tickets sold and the total sales revenue earned by a touring performance act in 2015. The 19 tour cities included in the table were among the top 30 cities on the tour in terms of both total numbers of tickets sold and total sales revenue. In addition to listing the total tickets sold and total sales revenue for each tour city, the table also gives the percent increase or decrease over the 2014 numbers and the rank of each tour city for total tickets sold and total sales revenue.

There is a small flaw with this one.
The problem is the following: The text states, that we have a total of 30 cities which are part of the given tour.
We only can see 19, but that is no problem in the first moment. Further its stated, that the cities not included are smaller in terms of total tickets and total sales.
Now the first question talks about the median.
This median does not define if we are talking about the median of 30, or median of 19.
With the given informations, both is possible.
Therefore, the OA might be mistaken there.
Due to the 655 - 705 Rating i did not care much about the median of 30, but its still worth a mention.

Part-2 is quite straight-forward without doing any math, we have total tickets sold as 10004 in 2015 and percentage change is +2.1% from 2014 to 2015, so it is not possible for tickets sold to be ~12000 in 2014. It is just not compatible.
