Answer equals to A

Statement 1 calculate the common factor 5x+7x=36, x=3, then calculate printer 15.

Statement 2 can't able to calculate printer.

ANS would be D..

P+C=36

Statement I gives us the ratio of two so suff
P/C=5/7....P=5C/7..
Substitute in Original to get answers
5C/7 + C=36
12C=36*7.....C=21 and P=15
Suff

Statement II
C=P+6
Again substitute in Original
P+6+P=36.....P=15 and C=21
Suff

Let say, P+C =36

1) P/C =5/7 => P=5C/7 , Substituting we can get the value of P & C, SUFFICIENT

2) C=P+6 , Substituting we can get the value of P&C, SUFFICENT
