It is great to hear you are at peace with yourself. I think either school would be a success or a disaster and it really depends on you being able to take advantage of the offering, professors, and students. You will have to work hard in either school to get the most out of it. Nothing comes easy in this world.

Really really glad to hear the news!

Congratulations, you're the sort of guy who will be succsesful regardless, and I'm glad you've chosen the right fit for you.

I personally would have chosen Chicago Booth, but I'm certain, based on all that I've read, that you'll fluorish at HBS.

My personal take would be - this is one of those one-shot things. You don't get a second chance. You can come by money but probably not the HBS experience.

Very good point.

Very good point.

FYI - here is Eskimoroll's post-mortem report: http://gmatclub.com/reviews/comments/hb ... -345350508

Quote:
For future applicants, I highly recommend looking beyond the name and the prestige to the actual experience. I chose HBS because I genuinely wanted a more academic experience and the HBS faculty impressed me the most. I also was on the hunt for jerks during admit weekend and I was pleasantly surprised not to find very many.

P.S. And no, i am not stocking you HiLine.
