Hi..

Individually the statements talk of largest 6 and smallest 6 integers, so certainly the statements are not sufficient individually.

Let's see combined..

So we have a detail of smallest 6 and largest 6 thus totalling 12..
But there are 11 Numbers Only, so one number is COMMON to smallest and largest 6.
And the area which is COMMON to the two sets smallest 6 and largest 6 is EQUAL to 20..
So the common and therefore 6th largest or 6th smallest is 20
Sufficient

Median of 11 numbers is the 6th number
S1 - The smallest 6 numbers is equal to or less than 20
Not sufficient.
S2 - The greatest 6 numbers is equal to or greater than 20
Not sufficient.

Combining both, the only common number in both statements is the 6th number since total numbers are 11.
therefore, the 6th no. shall be equal to 20 i.e. median =20.
Sufficient. Answer C
