(1) There are 15 Tanks for every helicopter in Sangala's army

(2) There are less than 200 tanks in Sangala's army

E

S1: Insufficient
S2: Insufficient

On combining S1 & S2, we get 3 possible values for the number of tanks: 180,120,60 - Insufficient

Hey Buddy, so we're given that for every fighter jet, there are 4 helicopters.
Fighter Jet - F
Helicopter - H
Tanks - T

F:H = 1:4
=> We're given a ratio, which will determine the total number of jets and helicopters.
=> If there are 2 jets, then there are 8 helicopters, and so on..

We need to find the total number of tanks, T = ?

1) For every helicopter there are 15 tanks
=> H : T = 1 : 15
If H = 4, then T = 60
If H = 5, then T = 75
Insufficient.

2) T < 200
T could be 199,198,197,....
Insufficient.

1+2)
F:H:T = 1:4:60
=> T could be 60,120,180..
3 values so it's insufficient.
Answer is E.

Hope this helps!

(1) There are 15 Tanks for every helicopter in Sangala's army

(2) There are less than 200 tanks in Sangala's army

from the question, H/J=4/1;
from statement 1, T/H=15/1= H:J:T=40:1:60; infinite numbers are possible
from statement 2, any number less than 200 is possible

1&2 combined. Still insufficient 60,120,180 are possible.
