Orchestra Tickets= 12P
Balcony Tickets= 9B
Box Tickets= 25R

Total Tickets Proceed= (12P+9B+25R)

Percentage of Orchestra Tickets= 100*$$\frac{12P}{(12P+9B+25R)}$$

The proceeds from orchestra ticket sales is 12P. The total proceeds are (12P + 9B + 25R). The fractional representation of the orchestra proceeds is:

12P/(12P + 9B + 25R)

But we are asked for the percentage of proceeds from the sale of orchestra tickets; thus, we must multiply the above expression by 100%.

12P/(12P + 9B + 25R) x 100
