B

B+D+J+T+V = 3; V=?

S[1]: B = 3/3 = 1
D=J = (3-1)/10 = 2/10
Insufficient as we dont the value of T & V.

s[2]: V = T = D+2/5
V = T = B-3/10
D = J
Writing everything in terms of V, we can obtain the value of V.
