Required $$\frac{Number\ of\ words\ typed\ by\ the\ slowest }{Total \ words \ typed}$$

I) Slowest typed 160 words and total words typed is 160+200+240 , so $$\frac{160}{600}$$, Gives us what we want hence Suff.
II) We know nothing of the intermediate Typist. Clearly Insuff.

We are not looking for the no of words but for the percentage of total words written
