I think E could be correct here. Although D looks pretty good too.

Safe to assume that BCC aint coming back for the OA. Anyone else know the OA ?

Yay! Glad to be one of the very few who picked E. BTw, bsd_lover, if this sounds scary, most often you and I end up picking the same choices. Hopefully, my verbal score should track very closely to yours, given the logic we both use in approaching/solving a question. Anyway, thanks to BCC145 for posting such an interesting question.
