Let the total number of students in the art class = s
Distribution of artwork is as
1/3 are sculptures
1/8 are oil paintings
1/2 are watercolors, and the remaining 10 pieces are mosaics

(1/3)s +(1/8)s +(1/2)s + 10 = s
Since remaining 10 pieces are mosaics , (1/24)s = 10
s = 240
Answer C
