Hi! This is on behalf of my friend.

Considering my TOEFL is on 10th and the application deadline of a college is 15th, does it make sense to give TOEFL or its too late for it now.

I dont suppose you can see your partial scores right after the test completion like on GMAT?

I think you can give your TOEFL and order score reports and wait for score report delivery. It takes about 10 days for official scores to be reported (depending on US Holidays etc) - you can check the date when scores will be reported based on the calendar available on ETS. You can let your department know about this. Hopefully, they should be okay. All the best.
