Bunuel , Hi!! In Illustrative eg second discussed above
ABCD is a quadrilateral as shown in the figure given below, Find the area of the quadrilateral ABCD.
I. The diagonals bisect each other at 90o
II. The length of one of the sides is 10 cm.

Answer here is 'E' as suggested by egmat approach

Here OA is C

Please help in knowing which approach and answer is correct

The correct answer to above question is E.

There is a slight variation to statement 1 of the question you are referring to. Hence the correct ans to your question is C.

Hi!

can you please clarify what is the difference between Q1 and Q3?

why can we infer the Pythagorean theorem in Q3 but not in Q1? (we don't have an indication of any angle in either!)
