Solution



To find
We need to determine
    • The value of the given expression

Approach and Working out
\(\frac{{a^6 b^4}}{{a^4 b^6}} = \frac{a^2}{b^2}\)
    • Hence, square-root of \(\frac{a^2}{b^2} = \frac{|a|}{|b|}\)

Also, \(\frac{28}{36} = \frac{7}{9}\)
    • Hence, square-root of \(\frac{7}{9} = \frac{√7}{3}\)
    • Therefore, the value of the given expression = \(\frac{√7 * |a|}{3 * |b|}\)

Thus, option C is the correct answer.
