Train connectivity between Salmaville and Catlasport has created an attractive option for the working people who commute between the twin cities. The other option is taking their cars to work but this tends to take a lot of time in the rush hour and is also expensive. The new trains, however, will cut back on traveling time by half and will cost less than one-fourth of what taking cars does. Clearly, few will be taking their cars to work now.

Which one of the following, if true, most strengthens the argument?

A. The car fuel costs are slated to rise in the coming months.

B. Commuting by train is more comfortable and also frees people to use the commuting time constructively.

C. The train's timings are fixed and do not depend on traffic conditions

D. The new business center coming up in downtown Salmaville will increase the commuter population between the twin cities

E. Travel time and cost are the two most important considerations for the working population in deciding the mode for commuting to the workplace.

Should be E. No other options consider both time and cost.

A -> Only talks about prices. No info about the time taken in journey.
B -> Comfort is out of scope.
C ->This weakens the argument.
D -> Population is out of scope. No way this statement is linked to the conclusion.
E -> Correct
