not too sure how what I got is wrong. Looked through the MGMAT SC book and it doesn't say anything nor do I think it's an idiom error neither. Just want some input.Thanks.

A : uses between. Between can only be used for two. Wrong
B : among each other. Wrong. among > 2. Each other = exactly 2

"interact with" is the correct idiom

"interact among" and "interact between" are all incorrect.

That leaves only C.
