Hello All,

I am on work visa in the US, working in the IT field. I am resident of MA and thus pay my taxes here. Am I eligible for In state tuition? If yes, am I eligible for in state tuition only in Massachussets or for any state in the US? Please share some insights.

thanks

LOL. You are only eligible for in-state tuition for the state you are a resident of.
Massachusetts requires a 12-month residency prior to being classified as one. Your school should have more info on that - you can and should ask the Admissions about it.

Thanks BB for your reply. So, for states other than Massachusetts I should be eligible for Out of State US Resident Tuition and not "International student" fee.

Thanks
