2/5 are D, 3/5 are ND

And
3/5 of (2/5 D) + 1/20 of (3/5 ND) = L
Which can be written as
6/25 of T + 3/100 of T = L -> eq 1

Let #cars = LCM(25,100) = 100

Therefore, using eq 1

L = 24 + 3 = 27

Answer is 24/27 = 8/9 (B)

Similar way

2/5 are D, 3/5 are ND

And
3/5 of (2/5 D) + 1/20 of (3/5 ND) = L

Let #cars = LCM(25,20) = 100

Therefore,
D = 40
ND = 60
L = 24 + 3 = 27

Answer is 24/27 = 8/9 (B)
