UNISOFT Technologies GMAT center Review Nagpur

As of now the unisoft technology, a gmat center, in nagpur has been closed . All those who are planning to take gmat exam in small towns , check the place out before booking for gmat exam. We assume that since its such a popular exam and we pay so much money for it , the gmat test takers would vet the place and make sure that students are provided with a stress free environment , don't take this for granted .
i faced the following issues
1) instructions given by test center was made up.

they asked me to bring pan card and its print out ( gmat doesn't ask for these secondary ID proofs, only passport is required). They kept the print out of my pan card and god knows what they did with it.
this is the part that pissed me off the most, between the sections we get a break and i wanted to take it but had no intention of leaving my seat . the instructor made me go out of the room and so i went out and stood there and did nothing . i was thinking that why am i standing there, it felt just wrong and go through that whole biometric process when i didnt want to go outside. later the instructor tells me that the biometric process may take time. With each passing moment i became more panicky and it turns out i arrived at my seat just in time . this whole ordeal was just wrong.

2) the instructor herself.
Being strict is different . the instructor was nasty , i got this feeling that she got some sick pleasure in seeing me nervous and disturbed. She wanted to be sure that i knew she was the boss. i told her that i didnt want the ac and her response was she cant do it and blah blah but since no one is in the room , she will switch off and 'i should be eternally grateful to her'. her tone was way off. It throws you off your game if the instructor is unbalanced and a complete b****. also i had a doubt in between and the instructor was missing. i kept my hand raised and for a long time she didnt come. she was very casual.

3) problems with the test center
it was cramped and it was only for two people. just behind the monitor there was glass and someone was switching on off the light.they gave me a marker pen. who gives marker pen for writing . the sheet provided had been used and wiped off. It seems they didnt want to waste money on pencils. Gmat , why didnt u check these basic necessities.
There is no point in mentioning that how important the exam was for me.i ended up feeling exploited and harassed.
i did complain but they did not take my feedback seriously.
