+1 A

"those" is not necessary.
B is not parallel. An adjective (treatable) must be parallel with another adjective, not a verb (last).
C is wordy.

An adjective can be parallel with a verb+ing that works as an adjective.

Thankfully A; I wanted to go for B, but it 'last' missed a critical 's' in the end, since mild flus is a singular.

Why not 'E'?.....

e.those mild flus which are treatable with bed rest and which last only a few days to those

Multiple errors with option E:

Those is awkward relative pronoun,
Although the first which correctly modifies flue, the second one is unnecessary and wordy.
Use of to those is grammatically incorrect here and doesn't make any sense.

separate the modifiers ->
mild flus, treatable with bed rest -> works;
mild flus, lasting only a few days -> work
Hence there is no problem in A
