Can someone tell me how many questions I can afford to get wrong in each Quantitative and Verbal so that I still manage a score of 750+.
I would also like to know, how much in verbal and quant. is needed out of 60 to get the above mentioned score.

You can score a 750 with something like Q50,V40. However, the exact number of questions that you need to get correct in order to get there may vary since GMAT is an adaptive test. It would depend on the frequency of wrong questions and the exact points in the exam at which you make these mistakes.
