Gmatprep 2.1 comes with two practice tests and 90 free questions for practice.
1. So, there is no overlap between the two free tests and 90 questions ?
2. If I reset and retake, say practice test 1, will I be seeing any new questions ?
3. Do I need to be connected to Internet while taking a practice test and while reviewing the answers ?
4. I am aware once we exit , we cannot come back to review screen. But consider two scenarios below :
a. I took the practice test 1 on my desktop and started reviewing the answers immediately. Suddenly power goes off (while gmatprep is running) . So, when power is restored, Can i get back to the Gmatprep screen continue with the review ? Is this possible ?
b. I took the practice test 1 on my laptop and started reviewing the answers immediately. After a while, I hibernate my laptop (while gmatprep is running) and resume it, say after an hour. Can i still continue reviewing my questions from where I left ?
I haven't found the answers myself and would greatly appreciate if someone could actually throw an insight on to this.

Hi igloo, my name is Rebecca and I worked on the GMATPrep software.
See below for answers to your questions:
1. There is no overlap between the 90 practice questions and the questions in the exam
2. As soon as you reset the exams, you run the risk of seeing questions again. We recommended completing both exams and only then resetting in order to ensure that the score for those first two reflects your performance. Scores on subsequent exams (once you've pressed reset) may be affected by your having seen some questions before
3. You do not need to be connected to the internet to use the software
4. We're working on bring the review exam responses feature back. Regarding the scenarios you described, I believe that in b you should be OK to review answers as you haven't actually left that screen of the software

One final thing,
So, if I retake a practice test gmatprep 2.0, almost every question is repeated right ?
