Post subject:  Effectiveness of application created in the application portals
Hello everyone, I planned to submit the application in the 2nd round of MBA within this academic year. However, since I wanted to prepare in advance, including documents and essays, I started creating the application in the portals of my shortlisted universities and filling out some personal information in advance but the period of creation is within the deadline of the 1st round.

I wonder if this will affect my application for the 2nd round ? because I know that, for every university, the application submission is allowed once in an academic year.

The admissions committee does not review candidate's applications until they have submitted. In fact, except for schools that have rolling admissions - reviewing applications as they come in - the schools won't open your application until several days after the deadline for the round in which you submitted.

You can do anything you want in the application without fear of any impact on your candidacy. You can write essays, insert answers to short answer questions, upload documents, etc. as early or late as you want so long as it's before you submit for the R2 deadline.
