1. vmt <> (not equall to) 0 IS v^2 x m^3 x t^-4 >0 (v square times m cube times t to the -4)

1. m > v^2 (m greater than v sqaure)
2. m > t^-4 (m greater than t to the -4)

either one is sufficient

v^2*m^3/t^4 >0
we know v^2 and t^4 is always >0
we need to check if m^3>0 or not
either 1 or 2 says m>0 -> m^3>0
