I am a R2 applicant. Given the option to waive / not waive the rights to recommendations, I chose to not waive my right to that recommendation. I am worried if this can be deal breaker ?

Will my recommendations weigh less with the adcom because of my choice ?

It's been my understanding that waived rec's are stronger and that unwaived rec's are less favorable.
