well, this is surely B,

A is faulty cause the 4th element ends with a verb
C this alternative is very parallell indeed, but we only need the
in which in the beginning of the list.
D,E no need for where

OA is C

"in which" is part of a prepositional phrase. If we start the parallelism after "in which" we are using parallel fragments. Also without â€œin whichâ€
