C in IMO

it is ||...we need to make sure we have which, which is a pronoun before each item to make it ||....

Yup, agree with 'C'.

We need 'in which' with each parallel clause to make it more clear (to modify "world" & not "crime").

Doesn't all the "whiches" make the sentence sound redundant?

Which clearly is used to modify "world" in B....

I agree.. C makes it a wordy sentence. ...
I would go with B.

I think C is wordy too.

so B should be the right choice.

C is best because of parallelism
in which children are recalcitrant, in which change is the only constant, and in which uncertainty is prevalent.

I would go with C. We would require which to maintain paralelism.

OA is C

OE

What is wrong with B?

"in which" is part of a prepositional phrase. If we start the parallelism after "in which" we are using parallel fragments. Also without “in whichâ€
