Do we really need to mention in which so many times? Not sure though, I thought if used in first one it is implied in all the other

also according to GMAT SWE wouldn't in which refer to the preceeding noun? So:

recalcitrant, in which

would this suggest we are in recalcitrant?

Yes it should be B. B is more II as a verb is introduced in all the parts of the sentence.

Good one. I chose B too.

Here is the explanation from one of previous threads:
--------------------
What is wrong with B?

"in which" is part of a prepositional phrase. If we start the parallelism after "in which" we are using parallel fragments. Also without “in whichâ€

I picked B.
Both B and C are gramatically right. The prepositional phrase should be included in either only the first part (as in choice B) or in all the parts (as in choice C).
B is more concise than C.
