Hi there, have you ever practiced as a dentist? I'm not seeing that in your writing but you did graduate with a DMD? I'm just a bit confused/curious to your chronological timeline as you say you're 26, a dentist, but also have 3+ yeares of work experience.
Regardless, work experience in family run business makes it hard for adcoms to benchmark your success to that of other applicants. Mainly because it'll be hard for you to get "fired" in your own family business, and your route to entering the company must have been a bit different from the route that traditional undergraduate took to get into a corporate setting. There's obviously ways to compensate for this, but I just wanted to bring this to your attention. Your 3.1 will be a setback for the schools you mentioned, especially at Harvard and Stanford, where undergrad GPA is almost too important to ignore. If you have time, take some classes in your local college or via online schools/extensions and ace them. Classes that are helpful for you and for adcoms to know your ability are usually quant-related. And if you choose to go this route, make sure you ace these classes. But honestly, with this alternative transcript, it'll still be hard for you to gain admissino to the schools of your list, but it simply will help a bit. My suggestion to you is to know why you want this MBA and spread your chips a bit wider. Perhaps you could target 1 or 2 colleges in the top 10 and then focus heavily in the top 11-30 schools.
