Answer has to be E .
what's OA.

As from first statement we can get the time as 1/3 hr or 20 mins.
From statement 2 we get avg speed as 30mph this dosen't mean that Jim travels at a constant speed of 30mph.

We don't need to know whether or not Jim's speed was constant.

Average speed = (total distance traveled)/(total travel time)
The 2 statements provide enough information to get: 30 = (total distance traveled)/(1/3)
When we solve, we get: total distance traveled = 10 miles

So, the answer should be C
