That's the weight of the question on a 1-60 (or more often so a 10-50) scale.

Some of the 700+ difficulty questions have weights in the tens range. What does that mean?

Hm... thats strange. Can you please PM me the question ID's and what weights they show on your results and also the date when you took your test? I guess you can take a screenshot.
