What is the area of rectangle ABCD?

1. Diagonal AC is twice as long as side CD
2. Diagonal AC is .1 meters longer than AD

(1) can't be sufficient - there are no numbers

What we do know though is that AC is twice CD. Call the length of CD X, so AC is 2X. So the other side has to be sqrt 3x^2
We also know that the other side is 0.1m shorter than diagonal AC, or 2x -0.1.

So, sqrt 3x^2 = 2x-0.1

We don't have to solve, but the two together are sufficient to solve.
