2(5.5x7)=11x14=22x7

20x7=140
2x7=14

140+14=154 (E)

It's C, 77.

It's a card with a front and a back side, each measuring 5.5*7 inches, so each side is 38.5 square inches. For both sides, multiply by 2 to get 77.

Your multiplication in the first line is wrong - When you calculate 2*(5.5*7), you dont multiply 5.5 AND 7 by 2.

For all the members above seeking an answer, the OA is wrong.

The area of each side = \(5.5*7\)
Area of both sides = \(2*5.5*7=11*7=77\)

Area of the rectangle = 11/2 *7 =77/2

=>area of both the sides = 2*77/2 =77

Therefore IMO C

Area of 1 face
11/2 *7 ; 77/2
For two face area would be
77/2 * 2= 77
Option c

2 faces * (5.5) * (7)


Multiply by *(10/10) = *1


2 * (10/10) (5.5) (7)

(2/10) * (55) (7)

(1/5) * (55) (7)

(11) (7) = 77

(C) 77
