What is the greatest common divisor of positive integers m and n?

(1) m is a prime number.
(2) m and n are consecutive integers.

I do not have the OA...

1) tells us nothing about n.
2) GCD = 1

B.

What would it be if the question was:

What is the greatest common divisor of integers m and n?

(1) m is a prime number.
(2) m and n are consecutive integers.

Any 2 consecutive numbers have only 1 as common divisor

To add to the posts above.

(1) If m is prime then GCD of m and n is either m or 1.
(2) If m and n are consecutive integers then GCD = 1.
