It's E

1) could be 17, 29, 41, 53, 65, 89, 101 which yield different remainders when divided by 8 Insufficient

2) could be integers 29, 47, 65... Insufficient

combined leaves us with 29, 65, and other integers but both leave different remainders. INSUFFICIENT

It's E.

Q: Rem(x/8)=? x is +ve int

1) Rem(x/12)=5
Meaning x= 17,29,41,53,65,..
Then Rem(x/8)= 1,5,1,5,1,..
NOT SUFF => BCE

2) Rem(x/18)=11
Meaning x= 29,47,65,83,..
Then Rem(x/8)= 5,7,1,3,..
NOT SUFF => CE

1+2) Common values for x that satify both stmt's are 29,65,..
Then Rem(x/8)= 5,1,..
NOT SUFF => E
