[#permalink] ### Show Tags 30 Jan 2019, 01:23 => $$\frac{(2^8 + 2^9 + 2^{10} + 2^{11})}{32}$$ $$= \frac{(2^8 + 2^82^1 + 2^82^2 + 2^82^3)}{2^5}$$ $$= \frac{2^8(1 + 2^1 + 2^2 + 2^3)}{2^5}$$ $$= 2^3(1+2+4+8)$$ $$= 8*15$$ $$= 120$$ Therefore, the answer is D.
