C is the only possible answer

1) 1/(a^3x b^2) =1/36 it is insufficient to compute the answer i.e. 1/(a^2 x b^3) ------>Insufficient
2) a/b = 1/6 is insufficient to determine the answer

combined 1 & 2 (1/(a^3 x b^2)) x (a/b) = 1/(a^2 x b^3) = (1/36) x (1/6)=1/216

thus C
