$$x=231d+2=(231+2=233,462+2=464…)$$

(2) 200 < x < 500 insufic

What about 2 ??? when it is divided by 3,7 or 11 all of them leaves the remainder of 2.

But that is NOT a unique value. Answer can be 2, 233, 464 and so on by statement I. Hence clearly insuff
