Hi,

One of my references who wrote my recommendation letter just left his current company. So if schools are going to call/email him they won’t be able to reach him since the contact info I provided was his work email/phone #.

What should I do?

Thanks!

Hi,
Hi summerldr, first just relax! Schools rarely will contact a recommender in the admissions process. However, if you want to cover all the bases- just send an update email to the school stating the new contact info for your recommender. Just because your recommender is now at a new company- it in no way negates any of their experience that they had with you- so more than anything- I would just hope to make you feel better- I don't see this as a big deal or anything that should stress you out! And this is from someone who worked on the school side of MBA admissions for 15 years- so try to relax! Just send the new contact info and then get busy working on any R2 applications! Here's a link to a free webinar where you can plan out how to make the most of the next 90 days before R2 applications are due: https://register.gotowebinar.com/regist ... 0193637633

And if you do want to talk to us at Stratus for hourly or full package consulting- here's the link to learn more by setting up a free consult: https://stratusadmissionscounseling.com ... b-visitor/

Most importantly- know that this is all fine! Best wishes for a successful MBA application here and everywhere you apply!
