From the image, we get the scores in Test 2 for all the students

Student A,C - 70
Student B,E - 60
Student D - 80

Therefore, Average of scores in Test 2 is $$\frac{70*2 + 60*2 + 80}{5} = \frac{140 + 200}{5} = \frac{340}{5} = 68$$(Option C)
