What was the greatest difference between the high and low test scores of any particular student in the third grade at PS11?

(1) The highest test score earned by any student in the third grade at PS11 was 98.
(2) The lowest test score earned by any student in the third grade at PS11 was 44.

Since it does not say if the student who scored a 98 was the same one who got a 44 I'd say there's not enough information to answer the question. The answer is E I think.
