Dividend = Divisor*Quotient + Remainder.

Dividend = Q
Divisor = W
Quotient = R
Remainder = E

Q = W*R + E
Then E = Q-W*R

C is the answer

A. RW + Q

B. RW - Q

C. Q - RW

D. QW - R

E. Q/(RW)

Dividend=Quotient*Divisor+remainder
So, Q=R*W+E
Or, E=Q-RW

Ans. (C)

Translating the question we got the following :

\(\frac{Q}{W} = R + E\)

Q = RW + E

E = Q - RW.

The best answer is C.
