A, B and D can be eliminated because the usage of pronoun 'them' is incorrect.

E is incorrect again because of pronoun error.

I don't see any issues with that !!

One should always keep ones passport near ( handy / ready at all times) . (May be frisking is very high and one frequently requires it.)

It makes complete sense for me...

A - Pronoun issue, one --> their, them
B - Pronoun issue, one --> them
D - Pronoun issue, one --> them
E - Pronoun issue, one --> his

C - Correct one --> one's
