Where can I find (buy) GMAT questions that do analysis on your results?

I'd like to target specific groups (algebra, geometry, ratios, etc) and analyze results when taking a broad number of questions? Meaning, I can view what percent was missed by group. Magoosh does this very well but I've gone through most of them. I'm now working on Manhatten Quiz Bank. Both have very good analytics and allow you to target specific areas.

The GMAC does NOT license out content.

Access to retired GMAT questions is your pool. This can be found through all OG guides, GMAT Math/Verbal, PowerPrep, GMATPrep, old paper tests, etc.

You can see much of the available content here:
http://www.mba.com/store.aspx

Your second question involves an error log. If you're using the prep companies analysis, that's fine. To do your own, you need to come up with your own method of analysis. Read the error log thread for more information.
