I am very weak in Inequalities and am not sure which book I can use to get my foundation solid in it. I have heard a lot about MGMAT Inequalities book and would like to get the advice from somone who have used it.

To be completely honest I would go over some of the older posts in the math forum. Bunuel has posted many inequality questions with great explanations. I wouldn't spend the money when you have this resource.

That's right. However, if you need a book per se, you can also see here: topical-guide-to-gmat-books-92853.html

That would be MGMAT Vics book

Do spend a lot of time on visualizing the inequalities on number line/ x-y plane.

According to me these 2 links should be enough to master inequalities:
graphic-approach-to-problems-with-inequalities-68037.html
inequality-and-absolute-value-questions-from-my-collection-86939.html
